Fall and Early Winter 2022
Welcome to Michael Castillo's Kitchen. We have had a great time over the summer and finished up our hiatus with a cruise to Alaska. Wow! what a spectacular place.
If you have been with us for our past seasons you know we have done some interesting themes Yotam Ottolenghi's book Flavor, various cuisines of Europe and the United States. For this fall and early winter we will turn our focus to the homestyle recipes that invite us to the table.
We are also changing our class schedule this fall. You can look forward to two classes a month which we will have posted very soon. We will still keep our two o'clock time frame.
Enjoy the last of summer and we will see you on Saturday, September 17th and two in the afternoon.
