Welcome to Michael Castillo's Kitchen. As of today we have our fall classes at Main Line School Night Scheduled, feel free to follow the link below to register for a class. Here is the schedule:
-October 2th,  Two french soups the traditional and wonderful French Onion and a hearty Country style soup,  These will keep you warm from the fall through the winter.

-November 3rd, Making flat pasta by hand, join me as we explore hand made pasta in various flat shapes from pasta sheets rolled by hand. Think Farfalle, Pappardelle, Corzetti and Garganelli this is great fun.

-November 19th, Pumpkin Pie from Scratch. From Pumpkin to the table as a pie, we will cover all aspects of making this great Thanksgiving pie.

-December 3rd, Bouche de Noel.  The Christmas cake of France, the Bouche de Noel is a cake shaped like a log covered in ganache and adorned with meringue mushrooms. This cake is a show stopper on any holiday table.

We hope to have our Valley Forge Classes scheduled soon so check back.  I  hope to see you at one  of our fall classes.
